Apparently for some Muslims, the most appropriate way to observe "the holiest month of the Muslim year" is to forego the praying and fasting and instead concentrate on killing infidels.

Another terrorist attack killed and maimed diners at a Passover seder in Netanya, and they have attacked synagogues throughout the world- Paris, Ankara, Tunisia.
