POUR OUT THAT BORDEAUX: ROSEMOUNT SHIRAZ IS BETTER

"These terrorists...we have seen their kind before. They're the heirs of all the murderous ideologies of the 20th century. By sacrificing human life to serve their radical visions, by abandoning every value except the will to power, they follow in the path of fascism, Nazism and totalitarianism. And they will follow that path all the way to where it ends in history's unmarked grave of discarded lies."
-- George W. Bush

In the ongoing war against Islamic totalitarianism Australia, unlike France, has been a steadfast ally. Here is a wonderful article from down under, Why We're All The Way With The USA. The money quote: "...we live next to a nation with 200 million Muslims, with a history of political violence, a tradition of political corruption, an increasing level of Islamic militancy, a place where scores of Australians and hundreds of Christians have been murdered, a nation that could fall apart, or under the control of Islamic fundamentalism, or both.
In short, we need a great and muscular ally if the satay hits the fan..."

Australia will be there...don't count them out...they held the line at Galliopoli in 1915 they made the heroic charge at Beersheba...they were at Tobruk and El Alamein... they were in Korea in the Commonwealth Brigade and as my old Company commander reminded us at Quantico -he made us memorize "Waltzing Matilda"- they were in Vietnam as well.

Australia will be there because Australia is a sister nation and Red, White and Blue all the way through....without Australia who stood by Britain when she fought alone in 1940 who knows if Britain could have held on...it was a narrow margin and the Australian's loyalty, straight-shooting, bravery and grit may have made the difference in those early years.

Australia is a great country and I am proud to have known and met Australians in my travels. I have never been there but it is on my list to see New Zealand (Dunedin) where many of my great-grandfather's kinsmen emigrated to and Australia where I am sure there is a Munro, Fraser, MacFarlane, MacQueen, Sweeney, MacEwen, O'Rourke, Dorian or two.....

Oh yes, when the chips are down
AUSTRALIA WILL BE THERE and the USA will be there right beside her neither country will ever fight on without hope alone and without diehard friends. Australia was born from diehards and made from diehards and, by the way so was the USA. There may be some dryrot in a few patches but the ship of state is strong and there are plenty of strong men (yes men), with ladies in support who can hammer the foes of freedom and make them wish they had never picked a fight. To the enemies of the Red, White and Blue, let them tremble because I cast an ancient curse upon you DROCH BAS ORIBH ('droch bosh orriv" ) A BAD DEATH TO YE.

When Uncle Sam and Lady Australia put the kibosh (litterally the "cap of death) on OBL and his murder gang -and they are doing it this very moment one by one- they world will sing a paen of joy that the wicked and the damned have gone and to them I say the Raven's death to ye!

Stand clear of our house and children, goes the old saying, or learn what is merciless sword of revenge, the coldness of steel and the reddness of blood and the cry and the hue of the savage ancient mir-cath (battle frenzy or blood lust) over your humbled sons and your daughters who will not praise your gods, nor your saints nor your prophets nor remember your name.

"Touch no the cat but with a glove, no one strikes me or mine with impunity."

As Charles Johnson said on his blog back in February - "The Aussies are with us, we don't need anybody else."

Nah, mates. The Aussies are all in London, stealing jobs from the locals and scrounging benefits off the tax payers.

If Australia's so great, why don't they stay here?
